I work from life and from photographs taken with a FujiFilm XT-2.
I have found that the one-on-one photo sessions allow me to capture a more intimate likeness. Drawing directly from life and those photos, I work in an ambidextrous manner often surprised at the clarity my non-dominant hand brings to the final drawings.
